These practice test questions help you become familiar with question formats and types in the Caseworker Test.

You will presented with a number of different question types:

  • In section A you will be presented with simulations of the types of queries caseworkers deal with. You will be asked to review a series of background information then answer a number of questions relating to this.
  • In section B you will be presented with a number of scenarios representing some typical situations encountered by caseworkers. You are asked to rate the effectiveness of actions related to the scenarios.
  • In section C you will be asked to complete some error checking and data entry tasks. This section will be timed.

You should not assume any prior knowledge of information in the questions. Your responses should be based solely on the information presented in each question. The questions are unrelated to each other and you should not use information in one questions to respond to another.
